Head Teller -  As a Head Teller my duties were to act as both a teller and a supervisor.  I was responsible for the supply and return of cash, preparing cash shipments, and compiling the currency transaction reports.  I also trained tellers, and recorded the cash and coin exchanges in the vault cash log book.  I prepared items for storage, kept monthly logs, and oversaw the scanning of the work.

Copy Center Associate -   As a Copy Center Associate I created color, and black & white copies of pictures, text, and blueprints.  I did laminating, and binding of documents with various machines for comb binding, wire binding, and velo binding.   I processed orders for stamps, signs, badges, business cards, and stationery.  I also processed UPS shipments, and assisted some customers by typing up documents, and designing a layout on the computer. I was also responsible for handling the cash as a cashier, helping customers with their purchases, and processing return items as part of customer service.

Inventory Administrative Assistant - Worked for Option One's client IBM on a temporary basis, taking inventory of telephone/data jacks which were installed at LIJ.  I also created spreadsheets in Excel from the information collected and retrieved pad data from the computer terminal for the Rolm phone system to assist the technicians with the telecommunication connections.  In addition to these duties, I also updated the blueprints with corrected jack locations, and room numbers.

Senior Teller - As a supervisor my duties included opening the vault, supplying cash to the tellers, and proving both the ATM Master and the Branch Master. Other responsibilities included approving items over teller limits, giving overrides, cash counting the tellers, and compiling monthly productivity reports, in addition to giving monthly teller meetings, and writing reviews.

October 1989 - July 1992

Teller - Duties included the processing of customer transactions, being responsible with the cash and balancing the teller proof sheet each night. Also doing back-up work and helping with the overall branch proof.

Computer applications that I am proficient in include MS Word XP, MS Word 2000, MS Word 2003, Excel XP, Excel 2000, Excel 2003 and Word Perfect 8. Other software which I am familiar with includes MS Outlook XP, MS Outlook 2000, 2003, MS PowerPoint XP, MS Front Page XP, MS Front Page 98, Visio, Eudora 5.1-6.2, Paint Shop Pro 8. Working knowledge of Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows 98, Windows NT 4.0, Windows 95, Windows 3.1, and DOS operating systems. Ability to troubleshoot and repair personal computers. Some networking knowledge, and Exchange 5.5 and 2000 Administration.

Self-established Computer Technician -I have installed modems, motherboards, video cards, sound cards, scsi cards, network cards, controller cards, floppy drives, hard drives, DVD/CD rom drives, and repaired PC's on a part-time basis. I have also removed viruses.
