A Promise Broken
A broken promise is a broken trust. If you break a promise that you have made, and you do so knowingly, then the promise should not have been made. A promise is a sacred vow between two people to honor and trust. If a trust is broken, don't ever expect to be trusted again... you have made your choice. But... if you are lucky enough to be given a second chance, do not destroy that trust again. There are no third chances in life.
Moral: Do not betray a trust.
